ENCORE Nontuberculous Mycobacterial (NTM) Lung Infection Caused by Mycobacterium avium Complex (MAC) Study
Study Title
A Phase IIB, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-centre study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of astegolimab in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Main entry criteria
- At least 18 years of age
- Current diagnosis of MAC lung infection. MAC or mixed infection with MAC
- Has not received treatment for current MAC infection
- Non-smoker

You will receive all study-related procedures, medications, and laboratory services at no cost. In addition, you will be reimbursed $70 per visit for your time and travel.

FIBRONEER Progressive fibrosing interstitial lung disease (PF-ILD) Study
Study Title
A double blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of BI 1015550 over at least 52 weeks in patients with Progressive Fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease
(PF-ILD)
Study duration
Minimum of 52 weeks
Number of CLINIC VISITS
10 visits over 52 weeks and then 1 visit every 12 weeks until study closure
Main entry criteria
- At least 18 years of age
- Diagnosis of progressive fibrosing ILD other than IPF
- May be on stable therapy with nintedanib or receiving no treatment
