OTICARA Study
Study Title
The effect of intra-sinus application of Betamethasone Dipropionate nasal cream on patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis post functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)

Main Entry Criteria
- 18 to 80 years of age
- Confirmed diagnosis of CRS by an ENT
- Having undergone functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) at least 6 months prior to enrolment.
There are additional eligibility requirements to enrol in this study. Our Study Doctor will review the study requirements and discuss your eligibility with you either over the telephone or at your first clinic visit.
Assessments
- Nasal endoscope
- Blood pressure and pulse
- Questionnaires
- Intraocular Pressure (IOP)
- Blood and urine tests
- UPSIT (University of Pennsylvania Smell Identification Test)
You will receive all study-related procedures, medications, and laboratory services at no cost. In addition, you will be reimbursed $100 per visit for your time and travel.

Study Title
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, 52 week Phase 3 trial to investigate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of itepekimab in adult participants with inadequately controlled chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps

Main Entry Criteria
- Over 18 years of age
- History of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp(s) for at least 1 year
- Prior sinonasal surgery for nasal polyps
- Loss of smell or rhinorrhea (anterior/posterior)

BIRCH
Study Title
A Phase 2b, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multicenter Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Brensocatib in Participants with Chronic Rhinosinusitis Without Nasal Polyps – The BiRCh Study
Study Duration
- 28 weeks

Main Entry Criteria
- Over 18 years of age
- Diagnosis of chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps for at least 12 weeks
- Have had surgery for chronic sinusitis or been treated in the last 12 months with antibiotics or oral steroids
- Currently troubled with symptoms of sinusitis
