CALM-2 Study

Study Title

A Phase 3, 24-Week, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel-Arm Efficacy and Safety Study with Open-label Extension of BLU-5937 in Adult Participants with Refractory Chronic Cough Including Unexplained Chronic Cough (CALM-2)

Main Entry Criteria
  • 18 – 80 years of age
  • Persistent cough for 1 year or more prior to Screening
  • Have had investigations to rule out potential underlying  causes of cough
  • Non-smoker

There are additional eligibility requirements to enrol in this study. Our Study Doctor will review the study requirements and discuss your eligibility with you either over the telephone or at your first clinic visit.

Assessments
  • Blood pressure and pulse measurements
  • Electronic Diary Questionnaires
  • ECGs
  • 24-hour cough monitor
  • Blood and urine tests

You will receive all study-related procedures, medications, and laboratory services at no cost. In addition, you will be reimbursed up to $180 per visit for your time and travel.
