MASH | SYNERGY-Outcomes
This study is testing if two medicines can prevent serious liver problems in people with fatty liver disease. Around 4,500 adults will be randomly given either a study drug or a placebo over about 4 years, with regular clinic visits. Afterward, some can join a 2‑year extension where everyone receives the study medication.
