This early study is testing a new drug in healthy people and in people with a liver condition to check if it’s safe and how well people tolerate it. It also looks at how the drug moves through the body and what effects it has, using gradually increasing doses.

Main Entry Criteria
- Confirmed diagnosis of MASH (via recent liver biopsy or scan at screening)
- No significant weight loss (more than 5%) in the past 6 months
- BMI between 18 and 40
Main Exclusion Criteria
- No recent blood or plasma donation
- Able to swallow tablets (no swallowing difficulties)
- No liver cirrhosis
- No major surgery or hospital stay in the past 6 months
- No history of bariatric surgery
- No uncontrolled diabetes, recent cancer (last 5 years), or significant heart disease
