Main Entry Criteria

  • History of COPD on Triple Controller Therapy (LABA + LAMA + ICS)
  • Current or former smoker with at least 10 pack-years of smoking
  • Have had either 2 moderate flare-ups or 1 severe flare-up in the year before screening
  • Body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.0 and 40.0 kg/m

Main Exclusion Criteria

  • A current diagnosis of asthma
  • History of, or planned, pneumonectomy or lung volume reduction surgery
  • Diagnosis of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency

Assessments

  • Physical examinations and checks of your vital signs (such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature)
  • Blood and urine samples
  • Breathing tests to measure your lung function

  • Questions about your COPD symptoms, general health, and quality of life
  • A review of any medications you are taking
