Main Entry Criteria
- History of COPD on Triple Controller Therapy (LABA + LAMA + ICS)
- Current or former smoker with at least 10 pack-years of smoking
- Have had either 2 moderate flare-ups or 1 severe flare-up in the year before screening
- Body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.0 and 40.0 kg/m
Main Exclusion Criteria
- A current diagnosis of asthma
- History of, or planned, pneumonectomy or lung volume reduction surgery
- Diagnosis of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency
Assessments
- Physical examinations and checks of your vital signs (such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature)
- Blood and urine samples
Breathing tests to measure your lung function
- Questions about your COPD symptoms, general health, and quality of life
- A review of any medications you are taking
